Data we collect
Digrules is an assessment tool that operates without accounts, user registration, or persistent storage on any server. The website processes excavation parameters (depth, method, surface, proximity to marked facilities, locate ticket status, and utilities marked) solely for the purpose of returning the applicable regulatory requirements in that single HTTP request-response cycle.
Excavation parameters
The details you enter into the assessment form are transmitted to the server via an encrypted HTTPS connection (POST request) to compute the applicable requirements. The server processes the data in memory during the request and does not write it to any database, log file, key-value store, or persistent medium. Once the response is returned, the server retains no record of the submission.
Technical data
The Cloudflare Workers platform that hosts this site may collect standard HTTP request metadata including IP address, User-Agent header, request timestamp, and request path as part of its normal operation. This data is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy and is not accessed or stored by the Digrules application logic. No analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or third-party data collection services are loaded on this site.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. No session cookies, persistent cookies, or third-party cookies are used.
Data storage
Digrules does not store user data server-side. There is no database, no user accounts, and no saved dig history. The assessment results exist only in the browser's DOM for the duration of the page view and disappear on navigation or page reload. The application does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB.
Data sharing
Because no data is stored, no data is shared, sold, or transferred to third parties. The excavation parameters you submit are processed solely to compute the regulatory assessment and are discarded immediately after the response is sent.
No email contact
This website does not collect email addresses, does not send email, and does not operate any mailing list. There is no mechanism on this site to subscribe to communications or receive notifications.
Changes to this policy
If the product transitions from a demonstration to an operational service with accounts, storage, or data collection, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Governing law
No jurisdiction has been designated for this demonstration product. Until a legal entity is registered and a jurisdiction is specified, no governing law is stated.
